Reporting to P&C leadership and collaborating with regional TA teams, you will act as a proactive, high-presence talent partner across technical, commercial, and corporate support functions to drive rapid business growth. Key Responsibilities - Technical Sourcing & Pipeline: Proactively build talent pipelines and execute national recruitment strategies for technical, engineering, and network-critical roles (telecom, infrastructure, field ops). - Strategic TA Operations: Drive end-to-end recruiting from executive alignment to offer closing for critical roles across tech, commercial, and corporate divisions. - Regional TA Coordination: Guide and influence regional/dotted-line TA partners to ensure consistent hiring standards, tight SLAs, and strong governance nationwide. - Stakeholder Partnership: Maintain a strong, visible presence with C-suite leaders and technical hiring managers to provide talent market insights, proactive workforce planning, and strategic solutions. - Metrics, Compliance & Vendors: Track TA performance metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire), maintain labor compliance, and manage external recruitment partners and job platforms. Key Candidate Traits & Experience - Profile & Personality: Outgoing, proactive, and energetic with strong executive presence. Highly assertive in headhunting passive tech talent and driving hiring momentum with stakeholders. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related field. - Experience: 5–7+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience , with a strong focus in Telecom, Tech, or Network Infrastructure industries. - Technical Sourcing Focus: Proven track record actively sourcing specialized engineering, network, and IT operational roles. - Leadership & Influence: Ability to manage, mentor, and influence dotted-line regional recruiters and matrixed stakeholders effectively.
