Source, screen, interview and coordinate candidate selection and joining. Manage MEP Hiring and Electrical Recruitment requirements. Coordinate with site/project teams for manpower requirements. Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closures. Handle other HR activities and day-to-day HR responsibilities as required. Support employee coordination, documentation and other HR-related activities. Required Skills: MEP / Electrical Recruitment experience is mandatory. Good communication and candidate-handling skills. Strong sourcing and screening skills. Ability to manage multiple requirements and HR activities Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
