Job Title: Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager Industry: Food & Beverage / Food Manufacturing / Hospitality Location: Mandaluyong Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts in the fast-paced food industry. This role is responsible for developing and executing hiring strategies to attract top talent across operations, production, supply chain, and corporate functions. The ideal candidate understands high-volume hiring, industry-specific workforce challenges, and employer branding.
