Reporting to the Head of Talent, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment across both our consulting and core services teams. This includes campus recruitment (undergraduates and MBAs), experienced consultant hires, senior appointments and building our contractor talent pool. You'll also lead our engagement with target universities and business schools, including coordinating recruitment events and activities. The role offers a rewarding mix of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery. What You'll Do - Manage end-to-end recruitment across consulting and core services, from understanding business requirements and developing sourcing strategies through to interviews, reference checks and offers. - Build proactive talent pipelines for senior and business-critical roles, alongside managing structured annual recruitment campaigns and ad hoc hiring requirements. - Lead campus recruitment activities, including building relationships with target universities and business schools, coordinating engagement events and delivering graduate and MBA recruitment campaigns. - Partner with senior stakeholders to understand workforce requirements, provide recruitment advice and deliver effective hiring outcomes. - Develop and implement creative attraction strategies to engage high-calibre candidates, reach diverse talent pools and enhance the candidate experience. - Contribute to broader Talent initiatives, supporting people-related projects and continuous improvement across our recruitment processes. What You'll Bring - At least 4–5 years of recruitment experience, ideally gained within professional services, consulting or a recruitment agency. - Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment across a range of roles and seniority levels, including senior appointments. - Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to build trusted relationships and influence hiring decisions. - Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and a proactive, creative approach to talent sourcing. - Strong organisational skills and the ability to balance competing priorities across multiple recruitment activities. - A collaborative mindset, adaptability and a genuine appetite to learn and develop. Previous exposure to broader HR business partnering activities, such as performance management, employee lifecycle activities, employee relations, diversity and inclusion, or learning and development, would be advantageous but is not essential.
