This is a great opportunity for freshers who are interested in building a career in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources . Key Responsibilities Source candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals Screen candidates based on job requirements Conduct initial candidate interactions and follow-ups Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers Post and manage job openings across recruitment platforms Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers Assist with day-to-day recruitment activities Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process Requirements Freshers are welcome to apply Good verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal and coordination skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and grow in Talent Acquisition Candidates who can join immediately are preferred Skills Talent Acquisition | Recruitment | Candidate Sourcing | Screening | Interview Coordination | LinkedIn Recruiting | Job Portals | HR Operations | Communication Skills If you are interested in starting your career in Talent Acquisition, we would love to hear from you!
