Talent Acquisition Intern About the Role We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team and support the end-to-end recruitment process. The role involves sourcing candidates, making recruitment calls, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and assisting with the onboarding process. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone looking to build practical experience in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition . Key Responsibilities Make calls to potential candidates regarding open job positions. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels. Screen candidates based on the job requirements. Conduct initial telephonic screening and understand candidates' experience, skills, salary expectations, and notice period. Shortlist suitable candidates and coordinate interview schedules. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Maintain and update candidate information and recruitment trackers. Coordinate with hiring managers/interviewers for interview feedback. Assist with the offer and onboarding process for selected candidates. Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process. What We’re Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable making recruitment calls and speaking with candidates. Good listening and candidate-screening skills. Basic understanding of recruitment/Talent Acquisition. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good follow-up and coordination skills. Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks. Freshers and students/recent graduates interested in HR are welcome to apply. Requirements Own laptop is mandatory. Comfortable working from office Monday to Saturday . Available to work 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM . Immediate joiners are preferred. What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. Exposure to candidate sourcing and screening.
