# Talent Acquisition Intern **Công ty Cổ phần Chứng khoán SSI** · Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Mô tả công việc: (Mức lương: Thỏa thuận) - Talent Acquisition: - Support recruitment activities for intern and fresher hiring. - Screen CVs and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. - Manage candidate communications and recruitment database updates. - Assist in organizing recruitment events, career fairs, and campus activities. - Support recruitment reports and market talent insights. - Employer Branding: - Support content creation for recruitment campaigns on LinkedIn, Facebook, and internal channels. - Coordinate employer branding initiatives with universities and student communities. - Help maintain SSI’s employer branding presence across digital platforms. Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Cao Đẳng Yêu cầu công việc: - Final-year students or fresh graduates majoring in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related fields. - Strong interest in recruitment, employer branding, and people-related functions. - Good command of MS Office, especially Excel, to support recruitment reporting and data management. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with Canva, PowerPoint, or social media content creation is a plus. - Good English communication is an advantage.
