Qualifications- - Proficiency in MS-Excel for application funnel analytics. - Exposure to Recruiting and Full-life Cycle Recruiting, with an interest in learning end-to-end hiring processes. - Ability to support Interviewing and Hiring activities, including scheduling, coordination, and candidate communication. - Interest in Employer Branding, including social media presence, career page content, and candidate experience initiatives. - Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills to handle multiple recruiting tasks efficiently. - Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. - Completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred. - Demonstrated professionalism, confidentiality, and a willingness to learn within a structured internship program Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: - Health insurance - Paid time off Location: - Bengaluru, Karnataka (Required) Work Location: In person
