You will work closely with the recruitment team on sourcing, screening, and coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Support the team in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references, and Recruit CRM. - Assist in initial screening of profiles based on job requirements. - Maintain structured and updated candidate databases, trackers, and reports. - Draft and share professional emails, communication updates, and interview confirmations. - Conduct basic market research on law firms, corporate legal roles, and hiring trends. - Help in managing daily recruitment operations and team tasks. - Participate in team discussions, learning sessions, and contribute ideas for process improvement. Skills & Qualifications: - Must be currently enrolled in PGDM / MBA-HR or relevant HR managementprogram. - Strong interest in recruitment, HR operations, and talent acquisition. Good communication skills - both verbal and written. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Comfortable with MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic HR tools. - Quick learner with a proactive and professional approach. - Knowledge of LinkedIn or CRM systems is a plus (training will be provided). Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
