Talent Acquisition & HR Operations
We are looking for a proactive and organised HR Executive to support talent acquisition, workforce planning and HR operations for the expansion of healthcare facilities. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders across the full employee lifecycle. 1 Year Contract Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and selection coordination. Utilise job portals, career fairs, social media, recruitment agencies and educational partners to attract quality candidates. Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and ensure timely fulfilment of vacancies. Monitor recruitment progress and identify potential challenges affecting staffing timelines. Onboarding, Offboarding & HR Operations Coordinate with HR Shared Services to facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes. Liaise with uniform vendors to facilitate uniform ordering and access for new hires. Prepare and submit regular funding claims in accordance with relevant guidelines and timelines. Maintain accurate vaccination records across internal and regulatory systems, ensuring audit readiness. General HR Support Provide administrative and coordination support for HR initiatives, projects and ad hoc activities. Identify opportunities to improve recruitment workflows and HR operational processes. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resource Management or a related discipline. 1–2 years of relevant HR experience , preferably in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR operations. Experience in a large organisation or healthcare environment will be an advantage. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels. Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Meticulous, organised and proactive, with strong problem-solving abilities.
