Location: Hyderabad (In-office) Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month in-hand + Incentives Experience: 1+ year in TA/Recruitment, BPO/high-volume hiring preferred About the Role Fast-paced bulk hiring for BPO clients (voice & non-voice sales, customer support). Role is focused on speed and daily throughput, not passive sourcing. Responsibilities Source & screen candidates at volume via portals, social media, referrals, local channels Coordinate interviews and drive offer-to-joining follow-up Maintain daily candidate pipeline & recruitment records Own end-to-end hiring — sourcing to joining Requirements 1+ yr recruitment experience, BPO/volume hiring strongly preferred Strong sourcing skills — comfortable working without a paid portal Good communication, follow-up discipline, and target orientation Compensation Fixed: ₹20,000–₹25,000/month Incentive: Slab-based, per successful joining (post 90-day retention) Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
