Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Facilities Management roles including Property Managers, Building Managers, Facilities Executives, M&E Engineers, and Technicians to fulfill operational staffing needs Collaborate with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements and deliver timely recruitment solutions Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels to attract qualified talent Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and suitability for specific roles Coordinate interview schedules, communicate with candidates throughout the process, and manage job offer follow-ups to ensure smooth hiring Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support current and future project manpower demands Track recruitment progress and maintain accurate records and reports for transparency and decision-making Support onboarding logistics and perform recruitment-related administrative tasks to facilitate new hire integration Requirements Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline 3-5 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience Experience recruiting for Facilities Management, Property Management, Engineering, or technical roles Proficiency with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and diverse candidate sourcing techniques Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills to engage effectively with candidates and hiring teams Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment
