Talent Acquisition Executive – Roles & Responsibilities Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Support offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline. Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
