What You’ll Do: Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI & NBFC roles Source talent through Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn and other platforms Manage interviews, feedback, follow-ups and offer rollouts Build a strong talent pipeline and maintain candidate relationships Coordinate closely with hiring managers to meet recruitment goals What We’re Looking For: 1–3 years of recruitment experience (BFSI/NBFC preferred but not mandatory) Strong command over job portals and sourcing strategies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable with work-from-office in Goregaon East Immediate joiners get top priority Why Join Skillventory?
