About the Role We are looking for a proactive recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for Non-IT roles, mainly in manufacturing. You will work closely with HODs and Directors to hire the right people on time. Key Responsibilities * Manage the full hiring cycle: job requisition, screening, sourcing, shortlisting, interview scheduling, selection, negotiation, final offer, acceptance, follow-up till joining and pre-onboarding * Hire for Non-IT roles, mainly in manufacturing * Prepare and release offer letters and salary annexures * Coordinate with internal HODs on recruitment requirements * Coordinate with Directors for final interview rounds and salary negotiation * Maintain recruitment MIS and share reports and analytics * Handle multiple openings at the same time Skills Required * Experience in end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles * Working knowledge of job portals (for example Naukri, Indeed) * Good with analytics and recruitment MIS * Technical skills: Excel, PowerPoint and Word * Proactive and able to multitask Preferred Profile Candidates who have worked on manufacturing-related hiring, mostly Non-IT. *Perks and Benefits* * Free lunch * Bus pick-up and drop (Andheri station to office and office to station) * Mediclaim and insurance * Paid holidays Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: - Food provided - Paid sick time - Provident Fund Work Location: In person
