Talent Acquisition Executive
Requirements Experience: 2–4 years in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment. Experience in the hotel/hospitality industry is preferred. Good understanding of hospitality recruitment and operational positions. Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet recruitment TATs. Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment/HRMS platforms. Should be proactive, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
