HIRING ALERT | Talent Acquisition Assettrust Services is hiring an HR - Talent Acquisition onto join our team in HSR Layout, Bangalore! If you are passionate about recruitment, candidate engagement, and achieving hiring targets, this opportunity is for you. *Position: HR - Talent Acquisition *Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore *Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM *Working Days: 6 Days a Week | Monday Off * Immediate Joiners Preferred *Remuneration: Best in the Industry Key Responsibilities * Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions * Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references, job portals, and other channels * Screen and shortlist candidates based on requirements * Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews * Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers * Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process * Coordinate offer rollouts, joining formalities, and onboarding * Maintain accurate recruitment reports and databases Mandatory Recruitment Target Minimum 10 successful employee onboardings per month is mandatory. The candidate should be target-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment. What We’re Looking For * Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field *3 years of recruitment experience preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Good sourcing and candidate-screening abilities * Strong follow-up and coordination skills * Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel *Experience in bulk hiring, sales hiring, or real estate recruitment will be an added advantage * English + Hindi/Tamil preferred If you are an immediate joiner looking for a recruitment-focused opportunity with strong growth potential, we would love to hear from you!
