CFS offers training and job placement services to help seniors remain employable and engaged. Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Executive connects mature workers with suitable job placements, supports employers in hiring mature talent, and provides recruitment guidance and training recommendations to enhance employability. Our employment services are provided complimentary to both job seekers and employers. Responsibilities Source and identify job openings that match the skills and experience of mature workers to expand placement opportunities Screen candidates thoroughly to assess qualifications and suitability for specific roles Match mature workers to appropriate job opportunities based on skills, experience, and career goals Guide and support candidates throughout the job application process to improve placement success Advocate for mature workers by representing CFS at industry events, job fairs, and conferences to raise employer awareness Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations, government agencies, and stakeholders to enhance outreach Maintain and update the job seekers database to monitor placement outcomes and measure program impact Analyze placement data to identify improvement areas and inform recruitment strategies Achieve monthly placement targets by successfully matching candidates to available positions Required competencies and certifications Diploma in human resources, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 1 year of recruitment or human resources experience, preferably focused on mature worker placement Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards Knowledge of diversity and inclusion initiatives Certification in human resources or recruitment Centre For Seniors (CFS) is a non-profit, Social Service Agency (SSA) that is committed to promoting the total well-being of older persons in Singapore, specially their vocational, financial and psycho-social health. CFS manages programmes, activities, and projects that help promote an active ageing culture in Singapore. A key aspect of the current services offered includes the various training programmes to encourage and prepare older persons to remain employable for as long as possible, as well as job placement to help senior job seekers find suitable jobs. CFS also focuses strongly on research and advocacy regarding seniors, including the areas of physical and mental needs, and workplace issues.
