# Talent Acquisition Executive (Advertising/Digital Marketing domain only) **Insomniacs Digital Pvt Ltd** · Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 9 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job description: - Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, negotiation and closure. - Hire effectively for digital-agency roles, including video editors, graphic designers, business development professionals and client servicing professionals. - Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social-media advertisements, referrals and other relevant channels. - Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates for communication, experience, stability, salary alignment and cultural suitability. - Coordinate interviews with department heads and maintain timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders. - Maintain an accurate recruitment tracker with candidate status, feedback, compensation details, notice period and follow-up actions. - Build and maintain a strong pipeline for recurring and priority positions. - Draft and publish clear, accurate and professional job advertisements. - Manage offer discussions, documentation and candidate follow-ups until joining. - Conduct structured and professional employee inductions. - Ensure that new employees receive the necessary information, documentation and organisational introduction during onboarding. - Represent the company professionally before prospective candidates and existing employees. - Provide regular hiring updates and immediately escalate bottlenecks or delays. Required Experience and Skills: - Prior talent-acquisition or recruitment experience within a digital agency or similarly fast-paced environment. - Demonstrated experience hiring video editors, graphic designers, business development professionals and client servicing professionals. - Strong written and spoken English. - Professional presentation, interpersonal and candidate-management skills. - Sound understanding of sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation and candidate closure. - Ability to manage multiple open positions while maintaining accuracy and timely follow-ups. - Experience conducting employee inductions and supporting onboarding processes. - Strong working knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn and recruitment trackers. - High ownership, responsiveness and attention to detail.
