To address this business aim, the role focuses on recruitment coordination, applicant tracking system maintenance, and general administrative support to assist recruiters and hiring managers. Given the focus on operational support, the ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and fluent English communication capabilities. What You Need to Make a Difference 60% Recruitment Coordination & Administration Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers across various time zones Maintain and update candidate profiles and status tracking within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Draft and send standard recruitment communications, including interview confirmations, status updates, and feedback requests 40% Team Support & Reporting Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as required for daily operations Assist in compiling basic recruitment metrics, reports, and data summaries for team reviews Support local employer branding activities or university relations events as needed Education Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field. No prior professional experience required, but previous internship experience in administration or customer service is highly advantageous Proficiency in standard office productivity tools (Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel) Skills Administrative Support Calendar Management Data Entry Interview Scheduling Communication & Collaboration Written Communication Interpersonal Communication Customer Service Orientation Tools & Technology Microsoft Office Suite Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
