Talent Acquisition Coordinator - 12 month FTC

Talent Acquisition Coordination plays a critical role in our Talent Acquisition strategy and the success of our recruitment efforts. You will be joining a team that is passionate about building inclusive interview processes and diverse teams. As a Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience for each candidate through all stages of our interview process. You will be responsible for managing interview scheduling and logistics for exciting roles across various business areas and office locations. You will contribute to the team through interesting cross-functional projects that can impact our overall Talent Acquisition strategy. We will encourage you to be innovative and propose process improvements that will further streamline our candidate journey and experience. We will trust you to: Manage a high volume of interview scheduling and oversee all interview logistics. Partner with other coordinators, recruiters, and sourcers. Recommend best practices regarding interviews and the candidate experience. Build and manage relationships with internal partners across the business. Oversee workflows across our Applicant Tracking System (and CRM and Events platforms, where applicable) to ensure candidate pipelines operate efficiently. You will need to have: At least two years of work experience* in a client-facing or customer service-focused role. Experience working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills with incredible attention to detail. Effective communication skills and previous success in building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders. We would love to see: Prior experience as a coordinator or in a similar role within a related industry. Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other relevant HR software (such as iCIMS, Greenhouse, Avature, or Workday). Knowledge of Recruitment and HR concepts, policies, and procedures. An enthusiastic approach to improving process efficiency.
