Position Summary The Talent Acquisition Business Partner serves as a strategic advisor and recruiting expert for Envision. In this role, the TABP partners closely with organizational leadership and the HR Manager to continuously shape and advance the company’s talent strategy. Key priorities include building strong external partnerships, optimizing end-to-end recruiting processes, and managing highly complex talent pipelines. The TABP is accountable for delivering exceptional experiences to both candidates and hiring managers while ensuring talent solutions align with business goals. Due to the on‑site requirements of this position (9/80 schedule), applicants are expected to reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the designated work location (Manchester, NH). Key Responsibilities: Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure clarity on role requirements, selection methods, and interview plans. Develop and execute targeted talent acquisition strategies supporting short‑ and long-term business objectives. Provide data-driven insights on labor market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence. Track and analyze key TA metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline health, and sourcing effectiveness). Deliver a high-quality, transparent candidate experience from first touch through onboarding, providing full cycle recruitment experience. Coach managers on effective interviewing and decision-making. Build and maintain proactive pipelines of candidates to support current and future needs. Collaborate with local marketing team to develop hiring materials. Build, strengthen, and manage relationships with universities, technical schools, veteran organizations, workforce agencies, and community groups. Develop campus recruiting strategies, career fair participation, internship programs, and fellowship pipelines. Represent the company externally to strengthen brand awareness and attract diverse talent. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and eliminate bottlenecks across the recruiting lifecycle. Ensure compliance with all government regulations, clearance requirements, and internal hiring policies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field, in lieu of degree, 10+ years equivalent experience. 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience. Strong knowledge of candidate pipeline tracking and ability to optimize technology for efficiency. Proficient in sourcing through LinkedIn, Indeed, and/or other job boards. Demonstrated ability to build partnerships with universities, workforce agencies, and community organizations. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and time management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities. Expert to deliver positive, professional, and inclusive candidate experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting federal contracting, defense, aerospace, or government-related industries. Deep understanding of clearance processes and compliance requirements. Prior experience in a Talent Business Partner or strategic recruiting role.
