YOUR JOB The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will lead Talent Acquisition activities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia while serving as a strategic partner to the Head of Talent Acquisition MEA. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Act as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for Saudi Arabia, aligning hiring strategies with business objectives and workforce plans. Partner with business and HR leaders to anticipate talent needs, provide workforce insights, and develop proactive hiring strategies that support organizational growth. Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple functions and levels, ensuring the attraction and selection of high-quality talent aligned with business requirements. Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on market trends, talent availability, competitive positioning, and recruitment best practices. Develop and execute talent sourcing strategies that strengthen talent pipelines and support current and future business needs. Drive an exceptional candidate experience that reflects Cigna Healthcare's employer brand and values throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Utilize recruitment metrics, market intelligence, and talent insights to influence hiring decisions and improve recruitment effectiveness. Support workforce planning discussions through talent market mapping, succession-focused hiring strategies, and capability assessments. Champion employer branding initiatives and talent attraction campaigns to strengthen Cigna Healthcare's presence in the Saudi talent market. Partner closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition MEA and regional stakeholders to support strategic Talent Acquisition priorities and business transformation initiatives. Lead or contribute to local, regional, and global Talent Acquisition projects, including process optimization, technology enhancements, employer branding programs, and talent acquisition innovation. Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, candidate experience, operational efficiency, and talent outcomes through continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate across HR Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, and operational teams to ensure a seamless and integrated talent approach. Ensure recruitment activities are conducted in accordance with company policies, compliance requirements, and data privacy standards. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE NEEDED Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Strong Talent Acquisition experience, ideally gained within Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC. Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across different functions and seniority levels. Demonstrated ability to partner with senior stakeholders and translate workforce needs into practical hiring strategies. Strong knowledge of the Saudi talent market and local recruitment practices. Experience utilizing recruitment systems, sourcing platforms, market intelligence, and recruitment analytics. Strong communication, influencing, stakeholder management, and advisory skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced, matrixed, and regional environment. Fluency in English is required. Arabic would be an advantage.
