About the role As our Talent Acquisition Attraction Manager, you'll be the regional expert for Asia Pacific, bringing market insight, candidate understanding and data-driven recommendations into global planning. You'll partner with Talent Acquisition, Communications and business leaders to deliver locally relevant attraction strategies that strengthen our employer brand and attract great talent across the region. You'll help translate global initiatives into meaningful local campaigns, ensuring our approach resonates across different markets while delivering measurable attraction outcomes. Please note: This role is based in Singapore. Relocation support is not available for this role. Required Qualifications Delivered measurable employer branding and talent attraction strategies across the Asia Pacific region. Localised employer branding and attraction campaigns for markets including Japan, Singapore, South Korea, China and India. Managed paid social campaigns using LinkedIn Campaign Manager and measured campaign performance through analytics. Built partnerships with regional and global stakeholders to deliver shared attraction objectives. Led multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of execution and delivery. Created employer brand content and storytelling that supported talent attraction goals. Preferred Qualifications Applied recruitment marketing techniques and technology to strengthen attraction outcomes. Used SEO, web analytics and digital marketing tools to improve employer brand performance. What you'll build Attraction strategies that bring Asia Pacific market insight into global employer brand planning. Campaigns that increase awareness, engagement and candidate conversion across priority markets. Strong partnerships with Talent Acquisition, HR, Communications and business stakeholders. Ownership of Talent Attraction across APAC and China, helping establish a connected and effective regional approach. What success looks like You'll become the trusted owner of Talent Attraction across APAC and China, strengthening how attraction activity is planned and delivered across the region. Over the next 12 to 18 months, you'll help localise global employer brand initiatives for priority markets while building stronger regional alignment. You'll work closely with the Senior TA Manager M&C APAC, hiring leaders and recruiters to create lasting impact across one of the LEGO Group's most diverse regions.
