Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsing qualified candidates. Coordinate hiring requirements with department heads and ensure timely manpower fulfillment. Create and post job advertisements across various recruitment platforms and social media channels. Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit. Schedule interviews, examinations, and onboarding activities for selected applicants. Build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs. Strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Monitor recruitment metrics such as hiring turnaround time, source effectiveness, and manfill rate. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Perform other recruitment and HR-related tasks as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. At least 1–2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience. Experience in volume hiring, retail, sales, warehouse, or operations recruitment is an advantage. Strong interviewing, communication, and candidate assessment skills. Knowledge of recruitment platforms, social media hiring, and sourcing techniques. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. Willing to work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.
