# Talent Acquisition Associate **Comglasco AG Corp.** · Parañaque · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES - Posting of Job vacancies on different Recruitment channels. - Screens resumes, and maintaining application files. - Plans and conducts recruitment tests and initial interviews to ensure that only qualified candidates are referred for department-level interviewing. - Plans new hire procedures, including checking references, developing a compensation package, and extending offers to selected candidates. - Ensures that recruitment and hiring activities are in compliance with governmental regulations and the company’s policies and procedures. - Keeps employees informed on developments in related areas such as wages and salaries, employee benefits, and general personnel practices. - Ensures the timely preparation of letter of appointment, Job offer & contract for new hires. - Maintains and develop a solid application data base and classify the applications to ensure easy reference and accessibility. - Ensures completion of the new hiring files, prepares the weekly, monthly, & yearly recruitment reports. - Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time to achieve goals set forth by Superior and Management. Job Requirements: - Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field. - With at least 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment (end to end process). - With experience in volume hiring (Manufacturing, Manpower Agency, Warehouse) - Must be a team player. - Can work independently with minimal supervision. Skills Needed: - Knowledgeable in MS Office (Word, Excel, Etc.). - With strong verbal and written communication. ADDRESS: 8480 KM 18 East Service Road Brgy.
