Core Responsibilities: - Sourcing & Outreach: Find and attract candidates through job boards, social media networks (such as LinkedIn), employee referrals, and internal databases. - Screening & Profiling: Review resumes, conduct initial phone or behavioral interviews, and evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements. - Stakeholder Coordination: Partner with hiring managers to schedule department interviews, gather feedback, and align on staffing needs. - Pipeline & Data Management: Track recruitment metrics, maintain candidate records within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and ensure accurate report updates. - Onboarding Support: Guide selected candidates through pre-employment requirements, offer letters, and initial onboarding processes. Common Qualifications & Requirements - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business Administration, or a related field. - Experience: Often open to fresh graduates or candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition support, or human resources. - Technical Skills: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HR information systems, and job portal management. - Soft Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, time management, organization, and interpersonal rapport.
