What will you do? - Design and develop interactive Tableau dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights. - Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with business requirements - Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability. - Work with large datasets, perform data cleansing, and optimize data queries for performance. - Engage with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide solutions that meet their objectives. - Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate users on how to effectively use Tableau dashboards. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Tableau dashboards and reports. - Continuously monitor and improve the performance of existing dashboards. - Maintain detailed documentation of all dashboards, reports, and data sources. - Keep up to date with the latest Tableau features and best practices. What are we looking for? - Professional experience as a Tableau Developer (minimum 2 years). - Proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server. - Academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. - Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of data structures and business logic. - Excellent communication skills to effectively present insights to stakeholders. - Data Engineering & ETL: Strong SQL skills with experience in database management (e.g., MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and ETL processes. - Programming & Optimization: Professional experience with Python (primarily Pandas) and the optimization of data processes (efficient queries and memory management). - DevOps & Visualization: Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins) and familiarity with other visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI). - Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of and interest in financial markets. - Fluent in English.
