In this role, you will be the bridge between technology and business growth—providing the vital technical expertise needed to showcase the immense value of our solutions to clients. What You'll Do: Bring Technology to Life: Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) engagements to showcase the capabilities and benefits of solutions. Design Solutions: Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized technical solutions and proposals that meet customer needs and align with business objectives. Deliver Seamless Implementations: Deliver project implementation services —including onsite or remote configuration, client meetings, technical training, deployment planning, and preventive maintenance for the clients Be the Trusted Tech Advisor: Provide reliable technical assistance, guidance, and best-practice recommendations to partners and end-users regarding configurations, deployment strategies, and business unit solutions. Share Technical Expertise: Offer technical guidance and recommendations to customers on network best practices, configurations, and deployment strategies. Who We're Looking For: Education: Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science. Experience & Track Record: At least 1–2 years of proven experience as a Systems Engineer, Pre-Sales, or Post-Sales role with expertise in designing, deploying, and managing IT solutions across networking, server, storage, and cybersecurity products. Technical Credentials: Certifications in wired/wireless networking and cybersecurity are an advantage. Personal Attributes: Eager to work in a collaborative team environment, flexible, adaptable to change, and capable of absorbing information quickly with a genuine passion for technology. ICT Industry Savvy: Knowledgeable or with experience in ICT solutions in any of these areas: Server & Storage Cybersecurity Networks (Switches, Routers, Access Points) Structured Cabling Security & Auxiliary Systems Work Setup: Willing to work on-site in Cubao, Quezon City.
