Configure workflows, approval levels, user roles, forms, and validations. Maintain product and reference data across system environments. Prepare test data and assist in validating configured insurance products. Work with Business Analysts, insurance users, developers, and Sapiens consultants. Minimum Requirements: Graduate of Information Technology, Business Administration, Insurance, Mathematics, Accounting, or any related course. Willing to learn Sapiens product configuration tools. Willing to undergo Sapiens training. Good understanding of non-life insurance products and processes. Familiar with quotations, policies, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, billing, or claims. Strong attention to detail and ability to understand business rules. Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured data. Able to document configuration changes clearly. Employment Terms: This position is offered on a two (2)-year fixed-term contract, subject to the terms and conditions of the employment contract. Work Location: In person
