Your Mission

You will help architect innovative technology products with global ambitions while contributing to complex enterprise and government engagements.

Depending on your strengths and specialization, your work will span product innovation, advanced software architecture, AI-native engineering, and enterprise technology consulting.

• Understand problems end-to-end , connecting business objectives, operational processes, technical constraints, and real-world outcomes.
• Research and design sophisticated algorithms and architectures , finding elegant, scalable solutions to difficult problems.
• Architect distributed systems that process complex information reliably and operate at international scale.
• Lead AI-native engineering , defining precise specifications, architectural boundaries, and quality standards while directing and critically reviewing AI-assisted implementation.
• Architect intelligent solutions , integrating AI/ML, agents, and reasoning capabilities where they create meaningful business value.
• Assess complex enterprise landscapes , uncovering architectural weaknesses, hidden dependencies, risks, and transformation opportunities through our NovaFlight Radar methodology.
• Advise business and technology leaders , translating complex findings into actionable recommendations and influencing strategic decisions.
• Establish correctness and resilience through rigorous analysis, simulation, testing, and architectural validation.
• Build reusable frameworks and engineering capabilities that accelerate innovation across products and projects.
• Elevate engineering excellence through constructive reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentoring.
• Take ownership and shape our future , influencing architectural direction, engineering standards, and the culture of our AI-native teams.

We don't expect every architect to specialize equally in all these areas. We look for strong foundational capabilities combined with deep expertise in one or more disciplines.

Technology Environment

We work across languages, platforms, and engineering disciplines. C#/.NET is a core technology, but architectural thinking and the ability to master new technologies matter more than any particular language.

• Software engineering: C#/.NET, Go, Python, and other languages appropriate to the challenge.
• AI & intelligent systems: LLMs, AI agents, reasoning workflows, AI/ML integration, and AI-assisted analysis.
• AI-native development: Agentic coding, specification-driven engineering, automated implementation, structured reviews, and AI-assisted testing.
• Distributed systems: Microservices, event-driven architectures, asynchronous processing, and scalable backend platforms.
• Cloud & infrastructure: Kubernetes, Crossplane, cloud-native architectures, hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Data & algorithms: PostgreSQL, NoSQL, mathematical modeling, simulation, optimization, and large-scale data processing.
• Engineering automation: CI/CD, GitOps, Infrastructure as Code, automated testing, observability, and DevSecOps.

We expect strong programming fundamentals and deep expertise in at least one language, not mastery of every technology listed.

Experience with mathematical modeling, simulation, IoT, industrial AI, or enterprise architecture consulting is particularly valuable.

We value demonstrated intellectual and engineering capability over formal titles, certificates, or years of experience.
