Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications. Analyze existing systems, processes, and workflows and identify areas for improvement. Develop system designs, process flows, and technical documentation. Collaborate with business users, developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure requirements are properly understood and implemented. Coordinate with developers during the design, development, testing, and implementation of system solutions. Perform system testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues and production incidents. Validate system enhancements and ensure solutions meet business requirements and established standards. Assist in system integration, API, and data-related requirements as applicable. Prepare and maintain functional specifications, system documentation, and other project-related documents. Provide recommendations to improve system functionality, efficiency, reliability, and performance. Support system implementation, deployment, and post-implementation activities. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
