This role will be responsible for supporting, configuring, optimizing, and driving adoption of Microsoft 365 products, Microsoft Copilot, and other enterprise communication and collaboration tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft 365 applications, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Copilot. The candidate will possess excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, communication, and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively partner with stakeholders across the organization. Additional skills in change management, project coordination, system administration, process improvement, and issue resolution are highly desired.
