We are looking for a Systems Administrator to manage, support, and improve our Microsoft environment, including Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Active Directory, and Windows operating systems. The role involves supporting users and corporate devices, maintaining security and configuration policies, deploying applications, and ensuring the reliable operation of our Microsoft services. What is the challenge? In this role, you will: Manage users, groups, licences, administrative roles, and access permissions; Configure and maintain Intune policies, compliance rules, configuration profiles, and security settings; Deploy and monitor applications, configurations, and PowerShell scripts through Intune; Manage corporate devices throughout their lifecycle using Intune, Azure, and Entra ID; Create and manage Azure and Entra ID resources according to business requirements; Administer Exchange Online and the main Microsoft 365 admin centres; Support Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) configurations; Troubleshoot identity, device, application, access, and email-related issues; Maintain technical documentation and follow security and change management best practices. Technical skills Experience with Microsoft Intune and corporate device management; Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration tools and admin centres; Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, and Active Directory; Experience with Exchange Online administration and mailbox management; Knowledge of Windows operating systems, particularly Windows 11; Understanding of MDM and MAM concepts and policies; Ability to create, test, troubleshoot, and safely deploy PowerShell scripts; Basic understanding of identity, access management, and security principles; Relevant Microsoft certifications; Knowledge of Microsoft Graph and Windows Autopilot; Experience deploying applications and configurations through Intune; Familiarity with Conditional Access and Microsoft security solutions; Experience with automation using PowerShell or other Microsoft tools. Soft & other skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills; Good organisational skills and attention to detail; Clear communication and ability to work effectively within a team; Proactive, responsible, and business-focused approach; Ability to manage priorities; Ability to create and maintain clear technical documentation.
