System Implementation Specialist (Arabic Speaker)

Location: Dubai and Abu Dhabi - must be willing to report onsite on both locations

Role Overview

We are seeking a Systems Implementation Specialist to support the deployment, configuration, and adoption of healthcare technology solutions across healthcare providers in the UAE. This role combines business analysis, process improvement, user support, and system implementation responsibilities while working closely with client stakeholders and end users.

The ideal candidate will have experience implementing or supporting healthcare applications and possess a strong understanding of healthcare workflows, including patient eligibility verification, payer portal interactions, and authorization processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the implementation and rollout of healthcare software solutions across client sites.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system and process improvements.
• Work directly with healthcare stakeholders to understand operational workflows and system requirements.
• Configure, test, validate, and support system functionality during implementation projects.
• Assist users with patient eligibility verification, payer portal activities, and authorization workflows.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate issue resolution with technical teams.
• Deliver end-user training and provide post-go-live support.
• Troubleshoot application issues and ensure smooth system adoption.
• Document business processes, requirements, and system changes.
• Act as a bridge between business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• 3-8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Implementation, Application Support, Process Engineering, IT Consulting, or Healthcare IT.
• Experience supporting or implementing enterprise applications, healthcare platforms, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Understanding of healthcare industry workflows, patient eligibility processes, payer portals, and authorization management.
• Experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with software implementation lifecycle, testing, training, and support activities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Arabic is required for the role

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare technology platforms, EMR/EHR systems, revenue cycle, claims, or healthcare operations applications.
• Previous experience in healthcare IT consulting, implementation, or technical support environments.
• Exposure to system integration, process improvement, or digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance and payer workflows is highly desirable.
