We are looking for a System Development Manager, which will be under Sales Division, to build a connected, compliant, and best-in-class ecosystem of sales enablers. In this role, you will help our sales field operations team to achieve their objectives by strengthening the Distributor Management System, enhancing Sales Force Automation tools, improving data quality, and developing performance-monitoring applications. A Day in the Life as System Development Manager Monitor distributor system operations, system health, and performance. Review ongoing system development and implementation activities. Establish and maintain Distributor Management System standards. Enhance Sales Force Automation features based on business priorities. Ensure distributor systems and operations comply with Nestlé standards. Translate business needs between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Support the implementation of new system features and monitoring tools. Conduct troubleshooting and technical support sessions for distributors. Evaluate and optimize systems to improve distributor performance. Develop analytics applications that enable Nestlé field teams to track daily performance. Guide UI/UX improvements and monitor application adoption and usage. Provide regular progress reports, implementation updates, and technical documentation. What Will Make You Successful Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within FMCG or a large local organization. Strong experience in Power BI and DAX, including dashboard development, KPI reporting, and reporting automation. Proficiency in SQL Server, Azure SQL, and Python for database development, data transformation, and performance optimization. Experience using SAP BW for business analytics and reporting. Knowledge of SSAS multidimensional cubes, OLAP models, dimensions, measures, and aggregations. Experience managing Distributor Management Systems, sales automation platforms, and master data. Knowledge of data governance, validation controls, and data-quality management. Experience developing solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate. Understanding of API integration, secure data exchange, and real-time synchronization across business systems. Strong stakeholder-management skills and the ability to work effectively with Sales, IT, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, distributors, and third-party vendors.
