Key Requirements: - Mandatory : At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Finastra Global PAYplus (GPP) , covering implementation, enhancement, upgrade, migration, or production support. - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline. - At least 8 years of experience in solution design, application architecture, or system integration within banking or financial services. - Strong understanding of payment systems, including domestic, cross-border, RTGS, and real-time payments. - Experience with ISO 20022 and SWIFT payment messaging standards. - Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and perform root cause analysis. - Experience providing Level 3 production support for business-critical applications. - Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with business users, project teams, and vendors. Preferred Skills and Experience: - Candidates with proficiency in Chinese or Japanese will be strongly preferred , as the role involves regular interaction with Chinese-speaking or Japanese-speaking stakeholders and vendors. - Experience with cloud platforms, container technologies, or DevOps practices. - Experience in payment hub modernization or migration projects. - Knowledge of payment schemes and networks such as FAST, PayNow, SWIFT, or other real-time payment systems. Background: We are supporting a payment transformation initiative using Finastra Global PAYplus (GPP) . We are seeking an experienced System Architect to lead solution design, support development and integration activities, and provide Level 3 application support for critical payment systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Finastra GPP, payment processing systems and payment system integration, and will work closely with business users, project teams, and vendors to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable payment solutions.
