SIJITU REGTECH ASIA** · Tangerang · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 9 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Job Description / Responsibilities - Conduct requirement gathering and analyze business needs from stakeholders. - Analyze and design end-to-end system flows for Espay’s Invoice System and Payment System. - Translate business requirements into clear and structured functional and technical specifications for Developers and QA. - Prepare and maintain Functional Design Specification (FDS) and Technical Design Specification (TDS) documentation. - Create system documentation, including flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, ERD/database relationships, and other relevant technical documentation. - Collaborate closely with Developers, QA, Project Managers, and stakeholders throughout the development and implementation process. - Proactively follow up on development progress and ensure deliverables are aligned with agreed requirements and timelines. - Perform functional testing/UAT independently to ensure system implementation meets the defined requirements. - Analyze existing and legacy systems to support new feature development and system improvements. - Identify system issues, analyze root causes, and provide practical solutions and recommendations. - Provide recommendations with consideration for scalability, maintainability, system efficiency, and user experience . - Explain business and system flows clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Ensure system requirements and documentation are complete, accurate, and easy to understand. Requirements - Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a System Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role. - Strong understanding of Payment Gateway business processes , particularly Pay-In and Pay-Out . - Understanding of Invoice, GRN (Goods Receipt Note), Credit Note (CN), Debit Note (DN), Settlement, and Reconciliation processes is a plus. - Strong ability to analyze and design end-to-end system flows . - Good understanding of databases, table relationships, and ERD , with the ability to use SQL for system analysis and data validation. - Familiar with system integration using REST API, Callback, and Webhook . - Have a good understanding of UI/UX principles and the ability to provide recommendations to improve application flows and usability. - Able to quickly adapt to different applications, systems, and business domains. - Strong communication skills for requirement gathering and translating requirements into clear specifications for Developers and QA. - Able to create FDS and TDS documentation that is complete, structured, and easy to understand. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills , with the ability to develop practical and innovative solutions. - Able to present and explain system flows and solutions effectively to stakeholders. - Proactive, accountable, and able to demonstrate strong ownership . - Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
