We supply leading brands and contractors across India and are growing in export markets. We are a family-run business that is now building proper systems and processes, as if starting the office afresh, and you will lead that. About the role You will set up the processes and tools that run our office, and run the finance operations layer so the General Manager always has current, accurate numbers. You work closely with our head of accounts, our external CA and our payroll consultant. What you will do Systems and process - Map how work flows today across billing, purchase, dispatch, accounts and HR administration - Help the GM choose and set up a CRM and workflow tools, and coordinate with the vendor - Write simple SOPs, train the team and track whether people actually use the system - Own the system after go-live: user access, data quality and reports Finance operations - Prepare supplier, tax and bill payments in the net banking portal for the GM to review and release, on fixed payment days - Reconcile site petty cash and labour payments each week against vouchers - Maintain a weekly view of bank balances, receivables and payables - Supervise collections follow-up and flag overdue accounts to the GM and sales team - Oversee project billing for the contracting business, including running bills and retention - Work with the head of accounts on his review routine, and keep the compliance calendar for GST, TDS and PF/ESIC - Supervise the billing, collections and office accounts staff day to day Payroll - Prepare the monthly salary working from attendance data - Calculate PF/ESIC and send the data to the payroll consultant - Set up and run payroll on an online payroll platform Reporting - Weekly and monthly dashboards on cash, receivables, payables and sales activity for the GM What we are looking for - 5 to 8 years in accounts, finance operations or MIS in a manufacturing, trading or contracting business - Hands-on with Tally and at least one CRM or ERP tool (Zoho, Odoo or similar) - Experience documenting processes or taking part in a software rollout; please be ready to describe one - Strong Excel and comfort with data - Working knowledge of GST, TDS, PF and ESIC - Able to guide experienced colleagues through changes in how they work, without friction - Fluent in English and Hindi What success looks like in six months - Workflow map and SOPs complete by day 60 - CRM live and in daily use by the agreed date - Weekly cash and receivables report runs without being asked - Payroll data and PF/ESIC submissions go out on time every month What we offer - Ownership of building the systems for a growing business - Direct access to the GM, with real influence on how the office runs - Competitive pay based on experience Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: - Paid sick time - Paid time off - Provident Fund Work Location: In person
