We are actively seeking a passionate and driven Systems Engineers to join our Business Technology Unit. Job Description: As a Systems Engineer , you will play a vital role in implementing, deploying, and supporting Microsoft infrastructure solutions for our customers. You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure reliable, secure, and efficient IT environments.s. Your responsibilities will include: Install, configure, deploy, and maintain Microsoft infrastructure solutions. Support and administer Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, and related Microsoft technologies. Perform system deployment, configuration, upgrades, migrations, and troubleshooting. Monitor system performance and resolve infrastructure-related technical issues. Provide technical support and assistance to customers and end users. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver appropriate technical solutions. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related field. Skills & Experience: At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in installing, deploying, configuring, and supporting Microsoft infrastructure technologies and solutions . Hands-on experience or familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, and other Microsoft technologies . Knowledge of basic networking, system administration, virtualization, and IT infrastructure. Experience troubleshooting Microsoft infrastructure and resolving technical issues. Strong presentation, communication, and customer-facing skills. Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into appropriate technical solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Microsoft certifications such as AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-800/AZ-801, or related certifications are an advantage.
