System administrator

WE'RE HIRING — SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR

Company: DRENIX Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan (Office-based) Schedule: 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM Salary: Based on experience and qualifications

Requirements

-

Minimum 1 year of experience as a System Administrator or IT Specialist.

-

Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Windows Server.

-

Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles, network security, and data protection.

-

Hands-on experience with CCTV surveillance systems , including IP cameras, NVR/DVR, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

-

Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routers, switches, and firewalls.

-

Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration.

-

Ability to identify security vulnerabilities and prevent unauthorized access.

-

Experience with hardware diagnostics, software installation, and troubleshooting.

-

Knowledge of backup systems, antivirus solutions, and disaster recovery.

-

English — B2 or higher; Russian — fluent.

-

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

-

Install, configure, and maintain company computers, servers, networks, and IT equipment.

-

Manage and maintain CCTV surveillance infrastructure , ensuring reliable camera operation, recording, and secure access.

-

Monitor network security, identify potential threats, and implement preventive measures.

-

Configure firewalls, VPN connections, access controls, and endpoint protection.

-

Manage corporate email accounts, user permissions, and IT access policies.

-

Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware/software issues.

-

Maintain office networks, Wi-Fi systems, routers, and switches.

-

Perform regular system backups, security updates, and vulnerability checks.

-

Monitor system performance and ensure uninterrupted IT operations.

-

Maintain IT inventory, technical documentation, and security procedures.

-

Support the implementation of new IT solutions and internal systems.

Preferred Qualifications

-

Experience with Hikvision, Dahua, or similar CCTV systems.

-

Knowledge of cybersecurity tools, endpoint security, and network monitoring.

-

Experience with Linux, Active Directory, and Windows Server.

-

Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).

-

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

-

Experience with VoIP systems, including RingCentral.

-

Knowledge of virtualization and IT automation.
