The ideal candidate will have expertise in data migration projects using Syniti Data Migration (formerly DSP) and experience handling large-scale data transformation and migration initiatives . Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and execute end-to-end data migration strategies using Syniti . - Work with business and IT teams to understand data requirements and define data transformation and mapping rules . - Extract, cleanse, transform, and load (ETL) data from legacy systems to SAP or other target systems . - Conduct data profiling, validation, and reconciliation to ensure data quality. - Collaborate with functional teams to identify data-related issues and resolve them efficiently. - Create and manage data migration templates, scripts, and workflows . - Ensure compliance with data governance and security best practices. - Troubleshoot and optimize performance issues in data migration. Required Skills: - 4-7 years of hands-on experience in data migration projects. - Strong expertise in Syniti Data Migration (DSP, SKP, ADM, Collect, Construct, etc.) . - Experience in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. - Good knowledge of SQL, stored procedures, and database management . - Experience with SAP data migration is a plus. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively with global teams.
