# SWIMMING POOL DRAFTSMAN **Boujee Construction LLC** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: вчера* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role WE ARE HIRING: SWIMMING POOL DRAFTSMAN Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Construction Position: Swimming Pool Draftsman Availability: Immediate Joiners preferred Swimming pool draftsman is responsible for translating the design concepts, consultant specifications, and site measurements into detailed, execution-ready CAD drawings (architectural, structural, and MEP) that guide site engineers and technicians during installation and ensure successful local authority approvals. KEY RESPONSIBILITY: Prepare detailed MEP pump room layouts, including pipe routing, valve arrangements, pump configurations, chemical dosing systems, and filtration units. Draft schematic piping diagrams (flow diagrams) for circulation, suction, return, vacuum, main drain, and balance tank lines. Create electrical schematics for pool DBs, power feeds, control panels, underwater lighting (IP68 fixtures), transformers, and earthing/bonding systems. Draft architectural pool layouts, including sections, elevations, coping details, tile layout plans, steps, sun shelves, and water feature falls. Draw structural details such as concrete wall sections, waterproofing membrane overlaps, expansion joints, and pipe penetrations (puddle flanges). Modify approved drawings based on actual site modifications to generate final As-built drawings for project handover. Prepare submission drawing packages according to local authority standards (e.g., Dubai Municipality, DDA, Civil Defense, or local health departments). REQUIREMENTS: ✅Bachelor in Drafting, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent. ✅Minimum 5 years of drafting experience specifically focused on swimming pools, landscaping, or MEP infrastructure. ✅ AutoCAD (Advanced/Expert level) ✅ Revit / BIM (Highly preferred for modern MEP modeling) ✅Solid understanding of pool hydraulics, pipe sizing, flow rates, and fittings (UPVC/PVC pressure pipes). ✅Knowledge of structural civil details (waterproofing layers, concrete wall thickness) and wet-environment electrical standards.
