The ideal candidate will oversee sustainability programs across all projects, ensure alignment with national regulations, and drive continuous improvement in environmental performance. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement the company’s sustainability strategy and long‑term environmental goals. Lead ESG initiatives and ensure compliance with Saudi environmental regulations and international standards. Oversee sustainability assessments related to waste management, resource efficiency, carbon footprint, and environmental impact. Prepare sustainability reports, KPIs, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with engineering, operations, HSE, and project management teams to integrate sustainable solutions. Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to sustainability policies. Lead awareness programs and training sessions for employees and contractors. Coordinate with government entities, regulatory bodies, and external consultants. Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend innovative sustainable practices. Manage sustainability risks and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sustainability or environmental management. Strong knowledge of Saudi environmental regulations and global sustainability frameworks. Experience in construction, infrastructure, or mega projects is highly preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
