In this critical leadership role, you will be the core technical owner responsible for designing resource efficiency programs, monitoring energy matrices, executing environmental impact assessments, and steering large-scale sustainability compliance frameworks across our regional footprint. Operating at the intersection of facility management engineering, corporate procurement networks, and senior executive leadership, you will isolate carbon vulnerabilities and eliminate resource waste. The ideal candidate will combine rigorous system engineering logic with deep resource data analytics to systematically achieve green certification targets, optimize utility consumption, and anchor long-term corporate environmental evolution. Key Responsibilities Total Sustainability Practice Leadership: Direct the day-to-day operations, project scheduling, milestone tracking, and output performance of our environmental monitoring and resource optimization squads. Carbon Footprint & Utility Auditing: Track, extract, and interpret complex resource consumption datasets (electricity, water, waste, and supply chain emissions), compiling comprehensive data visualization charts and strategic analytical carbon briefs for senior management review. Green Certification Governance: Lead the end-to-end framework alignment and documentation compilation required to achieve and maintain localized sustainable building benchmarks (such as BCA Green Mark criteria or global ISO 14001 certification). ESG Reporting & Framework Formulation: Design and deploy comprehensive annual ESG performance dashboards and metrics sheets in strict alignment with regional regulatory timelines and international sustainability reporting standards (GRI, TCFD, or ISSB frameworks). Vendor & Supply Chain Optimization: Source, evaluate, and audit external environmental consultants, green technology suppliers, and waste recycling contractors, monitoring performance logs strictly against established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Process Improvement Support: Audit internal plant configurations, commercial facility standard operating procedures (SOPs), and automated system parameters to proactively recommend energy-saving or waste-reduction modifications. Data Governance & Compliance Adherence: Enforce rigid compliance with regional environmental protection laws and data safety rules, ensuring all asset registries and customer dashboards strictly align with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Requirements Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s or professional credentials preferred) in Environmental Engineering, Sustainability Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related quantitative technical STEM discipline. Certifications: Professional credentials such as Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM), Green Mark Accredited Professional (GMAP), or certified ESG analyst designations are highly valued. Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Building Management Systems (BMS) telemetry, carbon accounting software tools, and advanced Microsoft Office Suite applications (specifically Excel for intricate resource tracking, carbon metric calculations, and data parsing formulas). Experience: Prior hands-on experience in a sustainability manager, corporate ESG executive, environmental engineering specialist, or energy conservation coordinator role—specifically within a multi-market corporate headquarters, high-precision manufacturing plant, data center hub, or real estate infrastructure sector—is required. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills; professional etiquette and an assertive, collaborative stakeholder engagement style to influence multi-disciplinary business unit heads and negotiate with external partners. Core Competencies: Outstanding structural logic, sharp analytical problem-solving capabilities under tight regulatory corporate reporting deadlines, intense attention to detail, and a resilient leadership mindset. Pay: $3,600.00 - $5,900.00 per month Work Location: In person
