The position will handle site and construction surveying for solar facilities, substations, transmission lines, and other project infrastructure, including preparation of required survey documentation. Key Responsibilities Conduct topographic, construction, setting-out, verification, and as-built surveys for the solar project. Establish and maintain survey control points, benchmarks, coordinates, and elevations. Perform layout and alignment surveys for solar structures, foundations, roads, drainage, substations, and other facilities. Conduct surveying works for transmission line routes, tower locations, and tower foundations. Operate Total Station, GNSS/RTK GPS, Auto Level/Digital Level, and other survey equipment. Verify construction works based on approved drawings, coordinates, elevations, and specifications. Prepare and maintain survey reports, field records, setting-out records, verification records, and as-built documentation. Prepare and compile transmission line survey documentation, including route surveys, tower location and setting-out records, tower foundation surveys, centerline and alignment records, coordinates and elevations, span and profile survey data, as-built surveys, and other records required for inspection, acceptance, handover, and project completion. Process survey data and prepare necessary survey drawings and technical reports. Coordinate with the Project Manager, Engineering Team, contractors, and subcontractors on survey requirements. Report survey discrepancies or construction deviations and ensure compliance with project quality and safety requirements. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Geodetic Engineering. Licensed/Registered Geodetic Engineer (PRC). At least 2–3 years of relevant surveying experience. Experience in solar, renewable energy, power, transmission line, or substation projects is highly preferred. Proficient in Total Station, GNSS/RTK GPS, Auto Level/Digital Level, and AutoCAD. Knowledge of construction surveying, coordinates/elevations, alignment, and as-built surveys. Strong documentation and reporting skills. Willing to work on-site at solar project locations Willing to travel or stay at project sites as required. Location: Laoag,Ilocos *Final salary offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
