Job Requirements Driving production activities according to established schedules and providing reports to improve or modify plans as necessary. Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to understand the requirements, and interfacing across functions to share information relative to specifications, deviations, and changes. Monitoring the key performance indicators, achieving targets and required quality standards, and motivating the team to create a high-performance culture and improved efficiency. Supporting the inspection of molded products, and ensuring product quality as per standard guidelines and procedures.
