Knowledgeable in Google Gsuite/Workspace, MS Office and Windows server roles like Office 365 Has good understanding of computer networks, hardware, operating system and software applications. Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills Willing to do shift rotation and extended work time when needed. JOB DESCRIPTIONS: Provide day-to-day technical support and deployment assistant for products and services Assist in the setup and deployment of hardware devices such as KIOSK, MPOS, including desktops, laptops, printers, ensuring proper installation and configuration according to company standards. Support the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of software applications, operating systems, and updates across various platforms, including Windows, MacOS, and Linux. Provide remote technical support to end-users, utilizing remote access tools and troubleshooting techniques to resolve technical issues efficiently and minimize downtime. Assist in maintaining accurate records of hardware and software assets, including inventory tracking, license management, and disposal processes, to ensure compliance with the organizational policies and licensing agreements. Monitor all running system/applications, including client applications when possible and report/ react to abnormal or unusual observations. Work closely with client for technical related concerns, answer client inquiries for all technical issues and requests. Escalate to the next level customer issues and/or concern if warranted and appropriate. Provide hourly, daily, weekly, monthly reports on incidents and as requires. (rotational shifts). Sustaining network integrity and internet connection stability. Setting up new users and giving them access to the internet. Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
