In this role, you will collaborate closely with Brand, Sourcing, and Plant Operations teams to align production schedules, optimize material availability, and maintain inventory health across Luzon and VisMin regions. Key Responsibilities - Planning & Execution Alignment: - Collaborate with Brand, Sourcing, and Plant Operations teams to align execution and ensure material availability matches forecasting plans. - Release Production Output targets for assigned product lines. - Monitor Balance Order items to determine raw material (RM) requirements. - Inventory & Stock Management: - Monitor and review demand plans and inventory-related processes to ensure healthy stock levels in both Luzon and VisMin regions. - Release Purchase Requisitions (PRs) for assigned product lines. - Plot stock arrival schedules aligned with supplier constraints. - Monitor stock arrivals, demand movements, sales compliance, inventory health, and warehouse compliance. - Reporting, Analytics & Development: - Provide insightful analysis and data-backed recommendations to guide decision-making on inventory management. - Formulate and build planning and monitoring templates to improve team efficiency. - Generate daily and monthly inventory/planning reports as required. - Execute Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) development projects related to materials planning. - Other Duties: - Perform additional tasks and functions as assigned by the Department Head. Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or a similar fast-paced environment. - Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to recognize inconsistencies, detect errors, and synthesize complex technical and non-technical information. - Mental Effort: Comfortable working through concentrated periods of perceptual attention for data analysis and plan formulation. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. - Work Environment: Primary office-based desk work (paperwork, report generation, and system monitoring).
