You'll take ownership and lead the team across procurement, suppliers, inventory, logistics and cost optimisation for a growing F&B operation. What You'll Own Lead end-to-end procurement, sourcing & supplier management Negotiate pricing, contracts and terms with Mandarin-speaking and other suppliers Manage inventory, stock planning, warehouse & replenishment Oversee logistics, 3PL and cold-chain operations Drive cost savings while maintaining food quality & safety standards Lead the supply chain team and report on cost, forecasting & performance What We're Looking For 3–5 years of Supply Chain / Procurement experience F&B, Hospitality or FMCG experience preferred Proficient Mandarin required for supplier negotiations and communication Strong English; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage Previous team leadership experience Strong negotiation, vendor management and analytical skills Experience with ERP / inventory management systems Knowledge of food safety, HACCP and cold-chain operations Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field You'll gain broader leadership exposure, work with diverse supplier networks and have room to develop your career as the F&B operation grows.
